Autoresponder

Can anyone tell me how to get my account off of Yahoo! auto responder? I cannot post to my group any longer because of this problem. Help me if you can!

I want to put a simple sign-up form on my webpage to get email addresses to build a mailing list. I don’t want to pay for one of those online auto responder services. Any advice would help.

How can I contact an actual human at Yahoo?

I have been locked out of my Yahoo group. I get a message saying I have an autoresponder set up. This is not the case.

This has happened to me before, when I was trying to catch up on announcement postings to my group. Apparently anytime a large number of announcements are posted, the Yahoo system decides that they are spam, and cuts off the moderator access to the group.

When this occured before, I was unable to use the group for over a month.

Needless to say, this is not very satisfactory.

I need a way to contact an actual human at Yahoo to correct this problem.

does Yahoo have an auto responder capability? I would like to create an email dist for more than the 50 limit and have folks subscribe / unsubscribe on their own? I know about Yahoo group but this will not work for my ezine.

I want something like a yearly fee or something.. Anyways one that offers auto-responders and cooll stuff like that.

We have been doing autoresponders for years - just a simple message thanking someone when they fill out an information form on our website. They are starting to get bocked as spam now. Is there any way to reduce the likelihood that it will wind up in a spam folder or get blocked?
