What I want (as many Yahoo customers are also wanting) is some communication from
Yahoo to try and resolve issues. I have had the following problem in trying to get a real issue resolved for more than three months.

I have used Yahoo Email for several years. I started with the FREE account and upgraded to Premium several years ago with the same Email address; ***********@Yahoo.com

Over the past year I have not been satisfied with the Premium account (little or no help from Yahoo on reducing SPAM) and want to go back to the FREE account and have the same Email address as I started with; Here24Hours@Yahoo.com

I want to make this move ASAP but there is no provision in Yahoo on-line help
area on how to do this.

I have requested this information THREE times previously and yahoo has
not responded (the third time I received an auto responder that said I should go online and check out the FAQ. I really would like yahoo to help in getting back to
where I started with Yahoo.

If anyone can get this message through to a REAL PERSON at Yahoo support I would very much appreciate it!

I did fill out the info on the first link. Still waiting for yahoo. I guess it will take a bit for them to check it.
I use to get the mail, I’m now on Auto Responder yahoo put me on that. I no longer get any mails and there are no links to fix this. I went to yahoo and checked my email accounts. Under that Email it says it’s on auto responder but there is no way to take it off. All groups under that email are now gone. I get no mail and can’t get into any info on the group to even change my email.

I generate lots of leads from a website that buys cars, we get alot of leads in that we cant use.
