I see someone named Charlie has the same problem…I do not see my outgoing im and can not see my incoming ones…however i see the responder is responding and i can find the messages and replies in my archives…please help i am new to yahoo and am already frustrated!!!

Does yahoo have an auto responder that i can set up? rather than status, if someone ims me, it would automatically respond with whatever i set it up to say…

Can someone tell me how to activate/use it, if yahoo does actually have it?

Yahoo put me on auto responder because one of my groups is having a Halloween theme and I sent in too many e-mails, I guess. How long does it take to get OFF auto responder once I have been put on? How do I get off faster? Any suggestions?

yahoo had a glitch or bug yesterday, messages were repeted several times, so they disabled my acount for having an auto-responder set up. i want my acount fixed, how do i do it

What is this auto responder? How and where do I find it? How do I turn it off So that I can join some groups?

as of monday, april 17th my password didn’t work. repeated calls to customer care and the emails to account security have proved to be fruitless. account security sends back a auto responder and finally stopped doing that yesterday . account verification tells me the zip code isn’t in their database. i paid for a mailplus account and worried that someone may use the credit card attached to it, i contacted customer care today and they cancelled the mail plus account service and claimed that they would add the prorated amount back to my credit card. so they must have enough info to know i am who i am right? wrong. when i tried to get a password reissued to me, they told me they had to transfer me to account verification who then informed me that i must have convinced someone in the credit card dept of my identity but i hadn’t done the same for them. i asked would my account be deleted after 30 days of non use. no need to wait for that-apparently someone is using my account now.help plez!
