issue:
To replace the game CDs please try to exchange the game from the place
of purchase. If you are unable to exchange the game at the place of
purchase, please follow the steps below to request a replacement CD.
Blizzard Entertainment can only assist with replacing North American
English versions of our games. For assistance with international
versions, please contact the nearest international distributor via the contact
information available at our International Contact Information URL -
http://www.blizzard.com/inblizz/icontact.shtml.
A $10.00 money order (no checks or cash, please) is also required for
standard processing costs. However, if it has been less than 90 days
since you have purchased the game, and you include a copy of the sales
receipt showing the purchase date within 90 days, the $10 fee will be
waived.
We are normally able to process these requests within 2 to 3 business
days of receiving the materials from you. If you use tracking you can
keep updated on when we receive it. For disc replacement, you will need
to send us the CD case with the CD key attached. If you are missing
this, you will need to send in the manual. If you are missing both of
these components, you will need to send in any remaining game discs.
For all situations a note is required that explains what happened and
what is needed. You will also want to include the following information
in the letter:
