I would like to create an email list with an email such as “mylist@yahoo.com” that will distribute to all the members of the list, yet the members of that list can’t view the other members in the email message header. Is this even possible?
How can I change the subject line for the vacation response?
We are a small business, and it’s important for us to look professional. We have our own domain name hosted on a yahoo business account, but when we set up out-of-office auto-responders our clients receive messages titled “Yahoo Auto Response” which is very unprofessional.
I thought that at least with a business account this would be customizable. I dont’ want my clients to think they are receiving an email from Yahoo, but from our company. Whatever it says I want it to look like it comes from us.
If this is not possible, is there a place to give Yahoo suggestions for improvements to their business service? I travel often so this comes up a lot, and it is upsetting me so much that I am considering looking for a different web and email server to switch to.
ok i got a bulk emailer for newsletters. and i tried it out and it wasnt working. it said it couldnt establish a connection. so i finnaly found that my ISP suddenlink is blocking all SMTP servers but their own. and i forgot my Account username and pw and i dont have any bills that tell me my Account number is there any way to get around them blocking my smtp or is there anyway i can create a new suddenlink acc without having to get all my account number any suggestions plz tell! Thanks
We have a few hundred thousand people subscribed to our newsletters that we send out weekly. I’ve been having problems with blocks from ISP’s and recently got on the spamhaus list. These are all opt-in lists with unsubscribe links. The software we are using now has lots of bugs and not many features. Please suggest software (not a service) that is good for managing multiple newsletters and has features that would be helpfull with deliverability.
There are several sites my laptop will not let me connect to and returns a message of “Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.”
These sites include CJ.com, Aweber.com and doubleclick.com
I have tried removing my firewall and I am not behind a proxy. It happens with both internet explorer and firefox.
It also seems strange that the sites are related to internet marketing and as an internet marketer its causing me quite a few problems.
Any help from IT experts gratefully received.
Hi Kelly
Afraid that didn’t do the trick but thanks anyway. It has been like this from new which is a few years now.
