I have a newly formed group that I am leading, and we are communicating through email. I do not want their emails to show up to everyone else as I send out the events calendars etc. I don’t have email service except yahoo.. so thats why I was hoping to use them. If it is possible, can you tell me how to set it up too?
Can someone recommed a really good email blaster program that wont cost me an arm and a leg. I have a nice blog where I describe how people can get direct payments to there paypal account by promoting a link. I’ve developed a real estate website for a client in Las Vegas but it appears as if he’s bailed on the project.
I am looking to work with a broker in the area but I’m having a little bit of trouble determining the initial worth of different types of leads.
1. Telephone lead
2. Email lead
3. New user / website registration lead (containing properties browsed, avg price range, locations, etc)
I’m not interested in working for a % with the brokerage, I just want to find out if there are any formulas to determine the cost of these leads and get the appropriate flat rate for every lead sent.
It looks like Homegain has a solution called AIMS that is similar to what I’m talking about. But no pricing info
