What CRM software would you recommend?



I need some Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to organize a list of business contacts. I send out emails to business people about seminars that are relevant to their field of work. What is the best way to manage this list and generate emails?

    depends on your budget and if you need to share this with your staff.

    you can use a simple excel spreadsheet or outlook “contact business resource’ add in.

    you can pay a professional to setup a web based, secure server system so any of your staff can see what is going on from any where they need to log in.

    I would recommend PPD Computing and their hosted CRM Software. As well as being a full blown CRM software solution which can manage your customer information, they have an additional module where you can also send out bulk ‘personalised’ emails. It sounds perfect for you.
