I have an iMac, Macbook, and an iPhone. I mostly use my iMac, so I read and reply to emails on there. But when I get on my macbook, it does not show them as being read or replied. This has lead to about 3,000 unread emails on my macbook… how can I fix this???
I noticed apple has this thing called MobileMe but I am confused as to what it does, and really don’t want to pay 100 dollars a year for it.

If you have more then one computer and you need to keep all the information up to date (such as email, contacts, calender…) mobile is perfect. Lets say you *** a contact on your iPhone the contact would be pushed to the mobile me server and the pushed to the other devices and computers (iPhone, iPod touch, Macintosh, even windows based computer). You get access to which is desktop applications on the web. On me.com you can access your calender, contacts, email, photos form iphoto, iDisk. It looks just like it does on your mac. You get 20 GB of online storage for storing anything you want apple calls idisk. You also can make your own personal web page (some what like a blog) called iWeb you may be familiar with it.
