I work for a company of about 20 employees and they have been bogged down lately with tons of spam e-mail nightly. I am looking for a trial software package that I can install on their server that will cut the spam off before it reaches their systems.
Server OS: Windows 2000 Server
Exchange: Exchange 2000
Please let me know your suggestions! Thanks!
I tried installing McAfee SpamGuard, but the installation kept locking up the machine so I need a new option.

There are several sites my laptop will not let me connect to and returns a message of “Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.”
These sites include CJ.com, Aweber.com and doubleclick.com
I have tried removing my firewall and I am not behind a proxy. It happens with both internet explorer and firefox.
It also seems strange that the sites are related to internet marketing and as an internet marketer its causing me quite a few problems.
Any help from IT experts gratefully received.
Hi Kelly
Afraid that didn’t do the trick but thanks anyway. It has been like this from new which is a few years now.

Please help me. I am a web designer who also does the IT for an insurance company. (I have NO experience in the IT field, and until recently NO PC experience. I switched when my Mac crashed 4 months ago.) My boss has a distribution list full of insurance agents (10K+) to which he sends out a weekly newsletter. GoDaddy, through which he his two websites hosted, doesn’t allow for more than a certain amount of emails to be sent out each month. My boss is extremely frugal and refuses to buy more SMTP relays from GoDaddy. So I found him a program that allows us to use the computers here as a SMTP server, which worked fine for a few days then we got our IP blacklisted. We were able to get off of some of them but others had us listed because the bigger lists still had us listed. I figure if I could get a new IP address, I could avoid being blacklisted by splitting the distrubution lists and having him send emails less frequently.
I contacted my ISP and i have a dynamic IP. I should also mention that we were taken off of both list for about 3 days then relisted.
