I’m using Windows mail system and it asks me the above. I’m trying to send a newsletter I recieved by email today. i have very little computer user knowledge. I saved it to my computer’s document storage, then opened and right clicked it and I cant go any futher? What do I do??

What exactly is the pop server address? I’m setting up for email to come into a system and an autoresponse to go back out. Do I use the Pop server from my email provider or one from the system I’m using to send out the autoresponse?

I want to use Autoreply option for Microsoft Outlook 2003, how to do it.
i myself know 1 way but for that i have to save the sending autoresponse email in .oft format and my operating system is not allowing me to do so.i m not finding a way to save file in .oft format. i tried everythiing. any remedy
