I have a 2001 Ford F150 and 2 days ago my responder/transmitter stop working. I can’t arm/disarm my truck and was forced to do a manual disarm and now back to just using the keyless entry. I am puzzled because the auto start still works. I bought a new responder and cannot program to my alarm by following the DEI install guide. Is their a special step-by-step process in programming the new remote? ie. using both keys because of the PATS system. Anyways I need some answers!
