I am currently working on helping my company become more organized. We have a lot of things going on and things often get lost in translation. We use Quickbooks Pro to organize our finances, but from what I’m reading, it sounds like Quickbooks can be used for much more than just finances.

We are looking for something where we can input open jobs, keep track of when the invoice is written (which is handwritten, before it goes to accounting), when the invoice is input, and when it’s paid; we’re also looking for a way to email employees with a premade list of open jobs that need attention. Currently, our plan is to make a MySQL Database to handle all of this, but we’re hoping that maybe we can use what we already have at our disposal.

Can Quickbooks be used in the manor I’m suggesting? If anyone has any insight on using Quickbooks (or Quickbooks Pro) for more than just accounting, I’d really like to hear about it. If you have any books or websites that can help, I’d like to know.

I’m looking for something that has task management and can post calendars, to do lists, & other pertinent info on the business (company policies, etc) where my employees can log in & view this info as well. Email would be a nice feature too. Ideally, just looking for a one-stop-shop for my business… if it exists…

I pay for 4 websites to yahoo and I’ve got the highest amount of email addresses saved, but I can only send out 50 at a time, so I have to send the same email 100 timies–what a waste of time.

Please tell me how I can do this quicker!

They put in a request for cleaning services. I need to email them back to set up an estimate. What should I write so it sounds professional?

I am new in network marketing.Need tips on how to speed up my sales.

Long story short Im a travel agent and work for my sister and father. We are 100% internet based and I work from home and am technically a sub contractor. Business is slow so sister fired me so she could take all the email leads which were promised to me after I made them hugely profitable. They were ignored until I came and started working them and turned into a huge moneymaker. Never mind i took custody of her delinquent teen (I have 4 kids of my own who are all good kids) and turned her daughter around after she was busted smoking pot at school. I enabled her to graduate! She repayed me by firing me during a time when my husband is out of work with hip surgery and trying to get social security bevcause he was a sub contractor too and received no workmens comp or unemployment NOTHING Since she fired me any way I can get Unemployment being sub contractor status? I live in VA. Thanks!

I have tried marketing to Mortgage Brokers with very little luck. Who else might be interested in them? What brokers that I have not called might want them. What is a good price to sell each lead for? Right now we are asking less than a penny a lead. All leads are organized by state. They include addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks a lot.
